A core router software upgrade has been scheduled for tomorrow morning, Oct. 31, between 4:00-6:30am. During this time, there will be at least two network disruptions of approximately 8 minutes each. The purpose of the upgrade is to address multiple software bugs as part of efforts to improve network availability.
