The Security Operations Center (SOC) will perform maintenance on the Ivanti/Pulse Secure VPN virtual appliances providing the Campus VPN Service. Ivanti/Pulse Secure VPN clients with active connections to the VPN service during the maintenance window will have their connections automatically moved to the backup VPN server during the upgrade. Connected VPN clients will experience a short (5-10 second) network connectivity outage during the move to the backup, and another short outage when the primary VPN server is made active again. No other changes to the service's typical operation are expected as a result of this maintenance activity.
