No specific user action is required - Pulse Secure VPN clients with active connections to the VPN service during the maintenance window will have their connections automatically moved to the backup VPN server during the upgrade. Connected VPN clients may experience a short (5-10 second) network connectivity outage during the move to the backup, and another short outage when the primary VPN server is made active again. No other changes to the typical operation of the service are expected as a result of this maintenance activity.
